Appointments require a credit card on file to reserve your time. • Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. • Payment is only processed after your appointment is completed or if our cancellation/no-show policy applies. • $50 fee applies for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. • Full appointment fee applies for no-shows (missed appointments without notice). • Insurance does not cover late cancellation or no-show fees; these are the patient’s responsibility. • Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies, sudden illness, or unsafe weather.
